The Caregiver Handoff Kit — Breast Milk Storage Chart, Paced Feeding Poster & Baby Feeding Log (Printable PDF)

Your feeding plan, in front of everyone who feeds your baby.

The Caregiver Handoff Kit is 8 pages of print-and-post instructions that keep grandparents, daycare, partners, and sitters on your plan — even when you're not in the room. Post the charts, cut the cards, photocopy the log. People follow posted instructions far better than remembered ones.

Who this is for

You explained the milk rules to Grandma twice, and the third bottle still got microwaved. This is for you if other people feed your baby and your plan needs to live on their fridge, not in your text messages. If posted instructions beat remembered ones — and they do — this is the kit.

What you'll print:

• Milk Storage Fridge Chart — big-type CDC storage limits with an always/never table, made to live on the fridge
• Paced Bottle Feeding Poster — the 6 steps in words any sitter can follow cold, so the bottle never competes with the breast
• Bottle Prep & Pick-Up Rules Cards — two cut-out cards for the diaper bag (laminate if you like)
• Daily Feeding & Diaper Log — two per page, photocopy freely for daycare or the nanny binder
• Freezer Stash Inventory — oldest-first tracking so no bag ever expires unnoticed
• Feeding Plan & Contacts Sheet — fill-in plan summary plus who to call and when
