Tummy Time Toolkit — 8 Printable High-Contrast Baby Cards, Stage Cue Cards & Trackers (0–6 Months, PDF)

The guide teaches the system. This pack hands you the tools. Skip the drawing, the guesswork and the laminator hunt — print, cut, tape, play. Every card is calibrated to what newborn vision can actually resolve, organized by stage so you always know which card to use and exactly where to place it.

Who this is for

You don't want to hand-draw a bullseye at nap time. This is for you if you want the cards pre-calibrated, the cue rules on the fridge, and the trackers ready to photocopy — print, cut, tape, play. If tonight's prep window is twenty minutes, this is the pack.

Inside the pack:

• 8 high-contrast cards: bold bars, bullseye, checkerboard & friendly face (0–2 mo, black & white); spiral & red frame (3–4 mo); big dots & peaks (5–6 mo) — each labeled with its stage and viewing distance
• 4 pocket cue cards: dose, target distance & routine for each stage, plus a red "Stop the Session If" fridge card
• 2 DIY recipe cards: the Sensory Bag & Texture Pad, each with a before-every-use safety check
• Reprintable trackers: weekly progression tracker & daily session log — print as many as your fridge can hold

Details: instant digital download · 1 PDF, 11 pages, US Letter · print at 100% on cardstock · no laminator required (clear packing tape works).

Cards are for awake, supervised tummy time only and are never placed in the crib. Companion to the Sensory-First Tummy Time guide.
